From the beginning, Joanne said she would help us sell our place and she DID! It sold in a week. After inspection, we needed to do repairs. Joanne jumped in and said she had a list of folks who could help. She quickly went into action, coordinated all the repairs that needed to be done. She communicated well with us what would happen, when, cost, etc. She would keep us informed along the way especially with any new information that was critical to closing such as closing date, what forms we needed to sign and why, etc. We always felt we were in good hands. She was honest, kept her word, followed through, followed up, text, email and call. She was always quick to get back to us even when it was Christmas time. This closing would not have happened this quick if we did not have a realtor such as Joanne. She is INCREDIBLE!!!!
