First meeting was a very positive experience. My impression was that the Reba Qadafi was strongly focused on how happy I was going to be in my new house, no matter how inexpensive the property was or how long I was going to take to decide. I received prompts from Reba via email, text, phone on the many details to attend to during every step of the process. She was by my side during all meetings and phone calls with other parties, advocating for my best interest. (closing, rental agent, listing broker, etc) Being new to the area, her knowledge of local contacts was invaluable to me - I will be using them for years to come. I was lucky to have Reba to negotiate price and terms - my neighbor bid on two properties in the same (very desirable) complex and lost them! The website did not allow me to access the "Past Solds" for the property I was interested in without giving my email. This is how I ended up with Reba Qadafi. I had no intention of just signing on with a randomly selected person off the internet without having a recommendation from people I knew. But after meeting Reba at her office all that changed.... Having Reba Qadafi took most of the stress out of buying real estate. I was ready to make an offer on another property almost on day one, but I listened to Reba and AM I GLAD I DID. I realize in retrospect that she was encouraging me to buy a good investment as well as a place which would suit my lifestyle - two goals I hadn't considered as much as I should have.
